Awareness helps prevent potential attacks

Knowledge of information security enables employees to recognize suspicious activities, safe handling of data and response in case of incidents. In this way, the company not only protects its information and business operations, but also builds the trust of customers, partners and stakeholders in safe operations. We implemented online training, which was very easy to organize and very desirable, given the way work is organized in the company. Before the actual training, we conducted a phishing test in the company. A phishing test is a simulation used to test employees' awareness and responses to potential online security threats, particularly online fraud and identity theft. It is the controlled sending of fake e-mails that imitate real messages that employees may receive in their work or personal mailboxes. In this way, we ensured more active participation of employees in the training itself.
